Happy Summer everyone! I am lucky to live next to a good friend and neighbor who has a wonderful organic lemon tree. She loves to share her beautiful fruits with me. 'When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.' Of course everyone has their own idea what to do when we receive those lemons. So, I choose to make Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet.
